Located on beautiful Lake Macquarie, Shane’s Seafood has been supplying Newcastle and the Hunter Valley’s top restaurants for over 35 years. Our experienced Fishmongers are tasked with daily sourcing the best and freshest seafood from local and interstate markets, New Zealand and major fish farms. We pride ourselves on being able to offer chefs, and now the general public, the biggest range of quality fresh and frozen seafood at competitive prices. Now with regular delivery runs to Port Stephens and the Central Coast, and a brand new retail store, our growing business is even better equipped to cater for all your seafood needs. The speed at which we turn over our fresh seafood led us to our simple and straightforward motto; “Fillet & release”. Our passionate team, though, see their role as more than just purveyors of seafood. We now also hope to inform, educate and inspire everyone to eat more beautiful Australian Seafood.
